What is a Gel Manicure? Gel polish is a liquid lacquer that is cured under a UV or LED lamp.

What is Dip Powder? Dip powder involves applying a base coat and then dipping the nail into a jar of colored powder. The process is repeated to build structure and sealed with an activator.
The Look: It is slightly thicker than gel but thinner than traditional acrylic. It provides a very smooth, durable surface.
Durability: The champion of longevity. Dip powder can last 3 to 4 weeks (or more) without chipping.
Best For: Clients with thin or brittle nails who need extra strength and protection to grow their natural nails out. It acts as a protective shield.

Choose Gel if: You change your color frequently (every 2 weeks), prefer a lightweight feel, and want the easiest removal process.
